The South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) recognized as the most prestigious regional travel industry award has kicked off its 4th Edition in the beautiful property Amari Galle, in Galle City, Sri Lanka.
With over 500 nominations from 6 destinations, SATA becomes the leading Travel Industry Award by having endorsed by over 18 industry organizations and tourism boards. In 2018, UNDP was appointed as a supporting partner of the brand, while major tourism publications are media partners of SATA.
This year’s edition is special, as it continues as a retreat and the 1st Day of the event carried with opportunities to network and industry experts having conversation sessions discussing about promoting South Asia as a region and attending together for issues which arises within the tourism industry.
